VPNXB / QUICK START

Import Your Subscription and Get Connected

Get your subscription from the dashboard first, then load the routes in your client. This guide follows the steps in order. Skip any steps you’ve already completed using the navigation below.

Interface labels vary by platform, client, and version. “Subscription,” “configuration,” and “import from link” usually refer to the same type of action. Follow the client instructions in your user dashboard; button labels may differ from those in this guide.

Create an Account and Sign In to the Dashboard

Start by opening the VPNXB account page. No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Choose a username you’ll remember, and don’t reuse a password from another site. Follow the prompts to open the user dashboard. If you land on the sign-in page, use the username and password you just saved. Creating an account does not activate a plan; you’ll need to choose one in the dashboard next.

Save your login details in a password manager, and make sure you save the correct site address. The guide and user dashboard are separate pages: use the guide for instructions and the dashboard to manage your account, plan, orders, and subscription. Keep this guide open in one tab while you work in the dashboard in another. Never share your password or subscription link in a public forum.

Already have an account? Use the “Log in” link in the page header instead of creating another one. After signing in, check that you’re using the account you intend to use, especially if you’ve switched between accounts on this device. Your plan and subscription link belong to the account you’re currently signed in to. Using the wrong account can make it look as though a paid order has no subscription.

Choose a Plan and Confirm Activation

On the plans page, first compare monthly plans with data packages. Monthly plans suit ongoing use: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly from the activation date, not at the start of a calendar month. Choose based on how you use the service: browsing text, downloading files, and streaming video all use different amounts of data. You don’t need to choose a larger plan just because you use multiple devices; device count and data allowance are separate.

Data packages suit less frequent or variable usage, with a fixed allowance to use over time. Prices are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They last until used and never expire. They are not monthly top-ups. For a full comparison, read the plans page, then return to the dashboard to continue. This guide focuses on the steps needed to activate a plan.

Choose a plan in the dashboard, then check the plan name, price, and billing type shown on the order before proceeding to payment. VPNXB accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. After paying, return to the user dashboard to check the order and plan status. Reaching the payment page does not mean the order is complete. If the status hasn’t updated, refresh the dashboard before taking any further action. Don’t submit another payment just because the status hasn’t changed yet.

VPNXB offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy for details on how to request a refund. When upgrading a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; check the result shown in your dashboard before proceeding. Once the plan is active, open Account Overview to get your subscription so the client can import it with an active account.

Choose This Plan

Get Your Subscription Link from Account Overview

Open Account Overview and check your current plan and data usage, then find the subscription section. A subscription link is not a regular web address; it lets a client retrieve your route configuration. If the dashboard offers an import option for your client, use it to open the client directly. If nothing happens or the client isn’t installed yet, copy the link and import it manually after installation.

Use the copy button in the dashboard to avoid missing part of the link by selecting it manually. The full link usually includes parameters that identify your account. A missing section, an extra space, or other text pasted along with it can cause the import to fail. Once imported, the client retrieves the configuration in a supported format and displays the available regions or routes. Pasting the link into a browser’s address bar does not set up a connection.

For example, a sample link might look like https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. This is a dummy value to illustrate the format; it will not connect. Always copy the link from your own dashboard. Treat your subscription link like an account credential: keep it out of public documents, screenshots, and shared clipboard history. When reporting an issue, hide the full link and any identifying parameters.

Next, open the client section and get the client for your platform. Get both clients and subscriptions from the user dashboard after signing in. If the dashboard says your plan isn’t active yet, go back and check the order and plan status rather than repeatedly trying to import the same link. Set up the client and connection separately on each device. There is no limit on the number of devices you can use at the same time.

Import on Each Platform

Choose your device’s platform from the client section in the user dashboard. Follow the dashboard instructions and use a client provided by VPNXB when available. If you already have a client that supports subscription configuration, first check that it can read the subscription format provided by the dashboard. A successful import means the configuration can be updated and a list of available routes appears—not just that a configuration name is visible. The steps below describe common menu options; names may differ in your version.

Windows: Add the Link in the Subscription or Configuration Menu

Get the Windows desktop client, follow the installation prompts, and open it. Look for “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or a similar menu, then choose an option such as Add Subscription or Import from URL. Paste the full link copied from the dashboard into the address field. Give it a recognizable name if you like, then save and update it. If the dashboard offers a direct import option, try it after installing the client. Your system may ask whether to open the link with the corresponding app.

Wait for the route list to load, select the configuration you just imported, and check that region or route names appear. You’re not connected yet; continue by enabling the client connection or system proxy. If the list is empty, check that you didn’t paste the link into the name field, then make sure you copied the full link. If you can’t find the window after installation, check the client icon in the system tray before reinstalling.

macOS: Import the Configuration and Confirm System Permissions

Choose the macOS client in the dashboard, install it, then open it from Applications. Go to subscription or configuration management and choose the option to add a link. If the client supports app links, you can also open it using the dashboard’s import option. If the browser doesn’t launch the client, copy the link and import it manually. Save and update the configuration, then make sure the newly imported one is active rather than an older configuration.

macOS may request system permission when you enable the network connection. Follow the prompt for the client you’re using; a permissions request doesn’t mean the subscription has failed. If the app is running but you can’t see a window, check the menu bar. For more detailed installation and permissions guidance, read the Mac setup guide for beginners. Once you’ve confirmed the permissions, return here to test your connection.

Android: Add the Subscription and Allow the Connection

Get the Android client from the user dashboard, install it by following your device’s prompts, and open it. Go to the subscription, configuration, or profile section, choose the option to add by link, paste the subscription address, save it, and update the routes. If you already have a compatible client, use its subscription import option rather than adding routes manually. A subscription is easier to update and saves you from entering server details one by one.

When you connect, Android may show a system confirmation asking to set up a VPN connection. Check that the request comes from the client you’re using, then allow it. If another network proxy app is already connected on your device, disconnect it first to avoid conflicts. If the connection drops when the app runs in the background, check the app’s background and battery settings, then test access again.

iOS: Get the Client and Import Your Subscription as Instructed

Choose iOS in the user dashboard, then follow the App Store link and client instructions provided there. Installing apps on iOS works differently from desktop platforms, so don’t look for Windows or Android installation files. In an iOS client that supports subscriptions, find subscription management, Add Configuration, or Import from URL. Paste the full link and update it. If you use the dashboard’s app import option, make sure the system opens the client specified in the instructions.

Once the subscription has loaded, choose a route in the client and connect. The first time you connect, the system may ask permission to add a VPN configuration; follow the prompt to confirm. Check the connection status in the client, then open the service you want to use. A VPN indicator means the connection feature is on, but it doesn’t guarantee access to a particular site. Complete the test below to confirm access.

VPNXB also supports Linux. Get the relevant clients from the user dashboard. For more in-depth help with subscription format compatibility, protocol selection, or proxy modes, see the protocol and route technical reference. If this is your first time setting up a client, follow the default steps in the dashboard first. Once connected, you can adjust advanced options as needed. Changing several settings at once makes it harder to identify the cause of an issue.

Connect to a Route and Verify It Works

Choose a route in the target region, then connect. Choose a route that matches what you want to access. If a service has account-region or content-region requirements, check its rules before selecting a route for that region. A route name alone can’t guarantee access to specific content. VPNXB covers 100+ countries and 180+ routes. Available options depend on the current subscription list in your client.

Check whether the client shows an active connection and whether it displays any errors, then open the site or app you want to use. First see if a regular page loads, then try the task you actually need, such as signing in, transferring a file, or streaming video. Pages already open in your browser may retain their previous connection state, so reload them or reopen them to check. With rule-based routing, some sites may continue using your regular connection as expected; this doesn’t necessarily mean the connection isn’t working.

If the page you want won’t load, retrace the setup steps: make sure your plan is active and the subscription is up to date, check that the correct configuration is selected, then verify the connection toggle and system permissions. Once those basics are in order, try another route in the same region. Change one thing at a time and keep any settings that work. Changing the protocol, mode, and region all at once makes the issue harder to reproduce.

If regular pages load but one particular service doesn’t, check the service’s account region, sign-in status, and availability. Network access and platform account eligibility are separate; not every error is a route issue. For AI tools, see the AI access guide. For video and music services, see the streaming region guide. For protocol or connection details, see the technical reference.

Once you’ve verified access, keep the working configuration and make sure you know how to disconnect in the client. To refresh the route list later, update the subscription in its management section; there’s no need to create another account. If you still need help, describe your device platform, client error, selected region, and troubleshooting steps in a support ticket in the user dashboard. Hide your password, full subscription link, and account details in screenshots.

Setup checklist: You can sign in, your plan is active, your subscription updates, the client displays routes, and the service you want to use loads after you connect. Keep these confirmed settings, then adjust advanced options as needed.
